Terms of service
Last updated: 19 August 2026.
These terms apply when you use furniturehaven.co.uk or buy goods from Furniture Haven. Furniture Haven is operated by Furniture Craft Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13697496. Our registered office is Oak House Reeds Crescent, Central Park, Watford, England, WD24 4QP.
1. Contacting us
Email contact.furniturehaven@gmail.com or call 07742 178963. For an order enquiry, please include the order number.
2. Using the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use it to infringe another person's rights. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or matters outside our reasonable control.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours, grain, texture and dimensions may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, natural materials or manufacturing tolerances. Any material variation or made-to-order specification that forms part of your order will be set out on the product page or agreed with you in writing. Please check measurements and access before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise. The total payable is shown before you submit an order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout.
5. Orders and the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may decline an order before acceptance, for example if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not available or there is an obvious error. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded.
You must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and access information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made after an order has entered production or dispatch.
6. Bespoke and made-to-order goods
For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, you are responsible for checking and approving the measurements, materials, colours and other details recorded in the order. Work may begin after acceptance. The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to genuinely bespoke or made-to-measure goods, but your rights remain if the goods are faulty, not as described or do not match the agreed specification.
7. Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges, estimated times and access requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. We will deliver within the period agreed with you or as otherwise required by law. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered; risk for consumer orders normally passes on physical delivery to you or your nominated recipient.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer law.
9. Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where the law requires. If there is a problem, contact us with your order details. Your statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and timing.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are subject to any specific terms shown with them, availability and the stated closing date. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. We may refuse a promotion used fraudulently or contrary to its published terms, without affecting an accepted order where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout and other content are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the rights holder's permission.
12. Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery or technical services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are controlled by their operators. These terms do not reduce our responsibility for services or people acting on our behalf where the law makes us responsible.
13. Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Events outside reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and contact you about a material delay. This does not remove any statutory right you may have to cancel or obtain a refund.
15. Personal information
We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those in force when the contract is made, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
17. Law and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms and contracts with us are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
18. General
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. A person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
